Las Lomas Latrine Project

This projects specifically works to improve sanitation by building 100 latrines for families in Las Lomas, San Jacinto, Guatemala, where the poor handling of the human waste was causing human illnesses and environmental degradation. Thanks to project participants, the community of Las Lomas, Rotary Club of Whitehorse-Rendezvous, Rotarios Chiquimula de la Sierra and Blue Planet Network. Rotary Global Grant #1526194 Project was completed in 2015.
