Clean cook stoves for schools project

It is common practice to cook over an open fire or with an improperly vented stove. Using this cooking method increases indoor air pollution which causes a variety of health issues and early mortality. In addition, these cooking methods use over twice the amount of firewood leading to deforestation, high carbon emissions and high fuel costs. This project bought and installed clean cook stoves at 4 schools. (Spring 2017)
